Social Fabric Apps, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Cheers! Party Planner web and mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure platform for social connection. We do not scrape, collect, or sell your personal data or your guests' information to third parties.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide the service:
Host Account Data: We collect your name, email address, and account credentials when you register.
Guest RSVP Data: When guests respond to an invitation, we collect their name, email, phone number, and dietary restrictions to provide the host with a guest list and send automated reminders.
Integration Data: If you connect your email or calendar via Nylas, we access your contacts and calendar events only to facilitate invitations and prevent double-booking.
Payment Data: Subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for core app functionality:
Creating and managing event pages.
Sending RSVP confirmations and event reminders via email or SMS.
Providing hosts with dietary summaries and post-event analytics.
Managing your paid subscription status.
3. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We share data only with the following essential services to operate the app:
Firebase (Google): For database storage and hosting.
Nylas: For email and calendar integration.
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
Twilio: For delivering SMS notifications to guests.
4. Data Safety & Store Disclosures
No Tracking: We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
No name, address, email, or mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Data Not Linked to You: For analytics purposes, we may use de-identified data to understand app performance.
Automated Deletion: To minimize data risk, accounts with no active subscription for twelve (12) consecutive months are automatically flagged for permanent deletion. All associated event data and guest lists will be purged from our active databases following this period.
Request for Deletion: You may request the immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
In-App: Use the "Delete Account" button located in your Settings.
Email: Contact us at support@socialfabricapps.com from your registered email address.
Confirmation: Upon completion of any deletion process (automated or requested), we will send a one-time confirmation email to your registered address verifying that your personal information has been removed from our systems.
5. Security
All data is protected by industry-standard Google Firestore Security Rules, ensuring only authorized users can access specific event information.
