Terms of Service for Cheers! Party Planner

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cheers! Party Planner application and website, operated by Social Fabric Apps, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create a host account and manage events.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and managing guest lists.

2. Subscription and Payments

  • Billing: Access to premium features (e.g., increased guest limits, advanced analytics) requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise in a specific promotion.

3. Acceptable Use and Guest Communication

  • Permission-Based Contact: As a host, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from your guests before importing their contact information or sending them invitations via SMS or email.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use Cheers! to send harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.

  • Anti-Spam: You agree not to use our Twilio (SMS) or Nylas (Email) integrations to send unsolicited marketing or "spam".

4. Third-Party Services

  • Integrations: Our service relies on third-party providers, including Google Cloud, Stripe, Twilio, and Nylas. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms of service.

  • Availability: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: Cheers! Party Planner is provided on an "as-is" basis. Social Fabric Apps, LLC does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Event Coordination: We are not responsible for the actual conduct of your events, guest attendance, or any disputes between hosts and guests.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
